By filing I.A. No. 1066 of 2013 appellant has
renewed his prayer for bail in the light of the order dated 2.8.2012, whereunder it was observed that he may renew his prayer for bail after completing one year in jail custody from the date of that order. It is submitted that by now appellant has remained in jail custody for more than 6 ½ years and as he was not subjected to T.I.P. there is fair chance of success in the trial. It is also submitted that for the present High Court is hearing the appeal filed in the year 1990-91, as such, present appeal filed in the year 2012 cannot be heard within reasonable time and he may be admitted to the privilege of bail.
