Feeling aggrieved by the order dated 21st September 2012 made by the learned single Judge in C.W.J.C. No. 14749 of 2007, the writ petitioner has preferred this Appeal under Clause 10 of the Letters Patent.
The appellant-writ petitioner challenged the promotion of the respondent no.6. The learned single Judge has dismissed the writ petition. Therefore, this Appeal.
We see no merit in this Appeal. Appeal is dismissed
in limine .
