Interlocutory Application stands disposed of. Letters Patent Appeal No.123 of 2013:
Feeling aggrieved by the order dated 19th July 2012 made by the learned single Judge in C.W.J.C. No. 20258 of 2010, the petitioner Bihar State Co-operative Marketing Union Ltd. has preferred this Appeal under Clause 10 of the Letters Patent.
The matter at issue is the payment of interest for delay in payment of purchase price. The authority below has reduced the interest from 8% per annum to that of 6% per annum. The learned single Judge has upheld the decision of the authority below. Therefore, this Appeal.
Learned advocate Mr. Amresh Kumar Singh has appeared for the appellant. Mr. Singh has submitted that the appellant is not liable to pay interest.
We see no substance in this Appeal. Appeal is dismissed in limine .
