has been filed by the appellant in Letters Patent Appeal No. 329 of 2012 for alleged non-compliance with the direction issued by us under our order dated 20^th April 2012.

Learned Advocate Mr. Manoj Kumar Sinha has appeared for the respondents. He has submitted that pursuant to the direction issued by this Court, the State Government has made regular appointment of the headmasters in as many as 520 schools. The regular headmaster in the concerned school was appointed on 21^st August 2012.

It appears that, though not within the specified time, the direction issued by us has been substantially complied with. The respondents cannot be said to have committed contempt of this Court.

Petition is frivolous and is rejected.
