7 11-09-2012 Against the order passed in the writ matter, opposite parties had moved the Division Bench in LPA No.1050 of 2012. The said LPA has now been dismissed by the Division Bench,

A supplementary show cause has been filed today enclosing an order of the Collector, Ara dated 04.09.2012 which shows that orders have been passed for acceptance of joining of the petitioners and their payment of salary from the date of initial appointment.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that out of ten writ petitioners, joining of nine have now been accepted and in respect of petitioner no.1, the same is in the process. Hence he accepts that now the orders of this Court have been complied with.

In the circumstances, this contempt application is disposed of. It is expected that immediate steps shall be taken by the opposite parties for payment of arrears of salary of petitioners in terms of the orders of this Court so that petitioners may not be compelled to move this Court again.
