JUSTICE JAYANANDAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 5 10-09-2012 Petitioner has filed this writ application for a direction to the respondents for payment of an amount of Rs.43,782/- for which he submitted his bills after completing the work allotted to him under Jawahar Rojgar Yojna at Sartha Gram Panchayat, Chandi Block in the district Nalanda. Details of work executed by him and part payment made to him have been stated in paragraph 5 of the writ application. A counter affidavit has been filed by the Mukhiya in which it is disputed that petitioner executed the work under valid orders of the authorities and completed the same to their satisfaction. Thus, dispute of fact is being raised by the present Mukhiya of the Gram Panchayat.
