State.
The application has been filed for modification of the order dated 3.5.2012 in the penultimate paragraph.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Respondent No.4 has been printed inadvertently. It should be replaced by the petitioner who may be permitted to continue in the interregnum.
The Court has gone through the order again. The petitioner was aggrieved by the reinstatement of the Managing Committee represented by Respondent No.4. There was no ambiguity in the mind of the Court when it granted liberty to Respondent No.4 to continue in the

interregnum along with the consequences that may ensue if matters were not resolved within the period indicated.
The modification is misconceived and is dismissed.
