4 13-09-2012 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that now the petitioner has participated in the fresh tender process. Therefore, he does not intend to press this writ application.
The writ application is, therefore, dismissed as not pressed with the observation that, if the petitioner has participated in the new tender process, his application may be considered in accordance with law, without being prejudiced by dismissal of this writ application. The respondents shall also consider refund of security money to the petitioner, if they do not find any legal impediment in the same.
