2 12-09-2012 Petitioner is aggrieved by the empanelment of respondent no.4 at serial no.1 in the panel for allotment of Kisan Seva Kendra by the Corporation.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already filed her objection before the authorities of the Corporation along with certificate of the Circle Officer to show that respondent no.4 was not a resident of the district. Grievance is that the objection has not been considered by the Corporation till now and it is going to issue LOI in her favour.

Mr.Sinha appearing for the Corporation submits that since the petitioner has filed her objection in terms of the Brochure, the same will be considered, disposed of and communicated to her, in case it has not been considered and communicated to the petitioner, before any LOI is issued.
In view of the statements of Mr.Sinha appearing for the Corporation, this writ application is disposed of.
