the rest of the bill amount has been found by the Liability
Committee as not payable. Thus, apparently the claim of the
petitioner is disputed.
In the circumstance, the writ application is disposed of
with a liberty to the petitioner to invoke the clause of arbitration or
approach the tribunal in accordance with law.
