Upon hearing learned counsel for the parties, it reveals that petitioners have been considered by the Committee constituted by the High Court and it has been held that petitioners were not working against the sanctioned vacant post, therefore, regularization of the petitioners has been refused. Thus, there is full compliance of the order passed by the Division Bench, since the petitioners were not appointed against any sanctioned vacant post, therefore, question of regularization does not arise.

Accordingly, petition being devoid of merit is dismissed.
