07.11.2012 The petitioner is aggrieved by the order of his transfer in terms of Memo No. 1509/P-3 dated 4.5.2012 from Patna to Darbhanga (Annexure-2), on the ground of his illness as he claims to be suffering from heart problems.

2. On a perusal of Annexure-2 noticed above, however, it transpires that it is a case of routine transfer whereby 287 persons have been transferred to different places for administrative reasons.

3. In this view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to interfere in the matter of such routine transfer which is prerogative of concerned authorities.

4. In the interest of justice, however, considering the claims of the petitioner to be suffering from heart

problems, liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the concerned respondent with a representation in his behalf. If any such representation is filed within a period of two weeks hereof, the same may be considered on its own merits and in the discretion of the respondent authorities in accordance with law.
