02. 04-10-2012 Heard Mr. Mahesh Narayan Parbat, learned counsel after some argument seeks permission to withdraw this application to enable the petitioners to file an appropriate application before the appropriate forum in connection with the final decree proceedings seeking modification in the final decree together with an application for ad interim relief.
Permission is allowed.
It goes without saying that any such application(s) being filed on behalf of the petitioners before the Court in seisin with the final decree proceedings, may be considered and disposed of in accordance with law expeditiously and after hearing the contesting parties as also taking into consideration the pendency of the execution proceedings.
This application is accordingly disposed of.
