3 02-08-2012 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ application may be disposed of with a direction to the Chairman of the Corporation to dispose of the pending representation of the petitioner, as contained in Annexure-2.
Learned counsel for the Corporation submits that in Annexure-2 neither the date of its filing nor its receiving is marked. He submits that the petitioner may file a fresh application along with a copy of the said representation (Annexure-2) and the office of the Corporation shall check up as to whether the same is pending or not. If the same is found pending, the same shall be considered and disposed of.

Writ application is accordingly disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file an application along with a copy of said Annexure-2 before the Chairman of the Corporation. Office of the Chairman shall verify from the records as to whether the said representation has been filed by the petitioner or not and whether the same has been disposed of by now or not. If it is found that the same has been filed and has not been disposed of, the same shall be considered by the Chairman of the Corporation and disposed of in accordance with law, preferably within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
