2 01-08-2012 Learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that since now certain amount of the bill of the petitioner has been deducted by the Corporation, petitioner is required to raise a dispute before the Managing Director, who is the arbitrator in terms of the agreement.
This writ application is accordingly disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to take steps accordingly.
It will be appropriate for the Managing Director to decide the dispute within six months, if the parties cooperate.
