2 16-08-2012 Learned counsel appearing for the Punjab National Bank submits that the Bank has nothing to do in the matter and, therefore, it should be deleted from the array of the parties.

Learned counsel for the petitioner agrees to it. In the circumstances, let the name of respondent no.3 be deleted from the array of the parties. The computer section and the office shall make necessary corrections in the records in this respect.

rejection of his application for grant of loan for setting-up of industry under the Prime Minister Employment Generation Program by the Branch Manager of the Bank (Respondent no.5), vide Annexure-1.

Since the application has been rejected by the Branch Manager, petitioner is at liberty to move the higher authorities of the Bank in the matter.

This writ application is disposed of with the aforesaid liberty to the petitioner.
