Learned counsel for the Bank submits that, if petitioner approaches the Bank, he will get the details of his account and the amount due against him as on today and if the petitioner prays for any reasonable time for payment of the same, the same shall be considered by the Bank.
This writ application is accordingly disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Bank. If he does so with the said offer, the Bank may stay the auction of the property while his proposal is considered.
