JUSTICE PRAKASH CHANDRA VERMA ORAL ORDER 6 19-10-2012 Upon hearing learned counsel for the parties and the learned AAG-12 S.D. Sanjay assisted by the District Magistrate, Aurangabad, who is present here, it is undisputed that 177 vacancies were lying vacant in view of the advertisement made in the year 2000, which was processed on the intervention of the High Court and in the supplementary counter affidavit these vacancies were admitted which is evident from the order dated 02.12.2008 of the learned Single Judge of this Court which is on record annexed as Annexure-4. After increase in the vacancy on the clearance of the roster system of the various department on which the District Magistrate is appointing authority in the District, a fresh advertisement of 177 vacancies was issued in 2009 but at the time of selection only clearance of 117 vacancies
