Upon hearing learned counsel for the parties, this writ application is disposed of with a direction to the concerned respondents that if the vacancies of Class- IV post i.e. Mali are there, as submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that there are 219 vacancies, the case of the petitioners shall be considered within a month considering their past services and if they are found suitable, they will continue. Petition is disposed of.
