JUSTICE NAVIN SINHA ORAL ORDER 2 27-08-2012 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, State and for the Bihar Staff Selection Commission (hereinafter referred to as the Commission).
It is acknowledged that the name of the petitioner does not figure within the list of 34,540 persons approved by the Supreme Court for appointment as Assistant Teacher. Also acknowledging that no Court can entertain grievances with regard to non-inclusion in the same, the submission is that the respondents have wrongly classified the Session during which the petitioner obtained her B.Ed. qualification as 1989-1990 instead of 1986-1987. It has not only prejudiced the present consideration
but may also prejudice her during consideration in context of

future vacancies. Reliance is placed on the very same Supreme Court order to urge that the objections is required to be considered.
Counsel for the Commission submits that any consideration of the objections has to be subject to otherwise fulfillment of the eligibility criteria that may be prescribed for such future vacancies.
The application stands disposed.
