JUSTICE JAYANANDAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 03-08-2012 Annexure-9 is a communication dated 09.01.2012 made to the petitioner informing that application for award of licence under Rajiv Gandhi LPG Vitrak Scheme had been rejected on the ground that land offered by him did not qualify the requirements as per advertisement.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that immediately upon receipt of rejection of the application, petitioner visited the office of the respondents and verbally explained queries. Thereafter he also filed a representation and kept on visiting the

office and also filed papers in support of his representation on 20.04.2012. He submits that the same has not been considered so far. He also refers to Annexure-12, a latest representation filed by the petitioner on 2nd of July, 2012 in the office of the Marketing Division of the Corporation.
The grievance of the petitioner is that his representations are not being considered by the Corporation.
Learned counsel for the Corporation submits that in case representations of petitioner have not been considered, they will be considered and a decision will be communicated to him by the Corporation.
In the circumstances, this writ application is disposed of with a direction to the concerned official of the Corporation to consider representation of the petitioner and dispose it of by a reasoned order in accordance with law and communicate the same to the petitioner, if not already done, positively within one month from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
