Referring to the statement made in paragraph 3 thereof, he submits that an amount of Rs.6,56,839/was paid to the petitioner as full and final settlement of the bills. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the bill of the petitioner was for more amounts. He, however, submits that since Railways has not paid the remaining amount, liberty may be granted to the petitioner to raise the dispute before an appropriate forum.
Liberty is granted. This writ application is disposed of.
