In the year 2007, he has filed this writ petition claiming that during his service tenure he was denied senior selection grade and/or first and second A.C.P., as the case may be. There is no reason why he has come for vindication of wrong after such a long time. On thesis, second A.C.P., if any, would have due in the year 1992. The grievance in that respect is being made in 2007. In my view, the writ petition suffers from gross delay. I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
