ORAL ORDER
2 05-07-2012 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State.
The petitioner, a superannuated employee, seeks direction to be
considered for grant of ACP asserting that she has completed over 30
years of service.
Counsel for the State rightly points out from Annexure 4 dated
16.6.2009 that the matter appears to have already engaged attention of the
authorities.
The writ application is disposed in the aforesaid terms to take a
final decision preferably within a maximum period of three months from the
date of receipt and/or presentation of a copy of this order.
Needless to state that if the respondents find justification in the
claim or in any part of the claim necessary consequential orders including
payment of monetary benefits shall all be made within the same period.
