	19.7.2011 passed in Special Case No. 3 of 2011 by the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa by which he took cognizance against the petitioner under section 7 of the E.C. Act. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with a liberty to raise all points before the court below at the time of framing of charge.
	Permission is granted. Accordingly this application is
	dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
