This is an application for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 324 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

According to the F.I.R. it is alleged that petitioners have assaulted the informant’s wife and made open fire in the air. It is also alleged that the wife of the informant was assaulted with iron rod and sickle causing injury to her.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that there is land between the parties which is of a civil nature. It is also submitted the informant and petitioner no.1 is own brother. It is also submitted that all the injuries are simple in

nature and are concocted.

considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case no. 282 of 2011.
