Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this court vide order dated 22.12.2011 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 38809/2011 but learned counsel for the petitioner has prayed for renewal of his bail on two grounds. Firstly, petitioner is a man of 75 years old and secondly, up till now, charge has not been framed against him. I am not at all convinced with the above stated submissions. Accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Jamui P.S. Case no. 300/2011 arising out of Sessions trial no. 26/2012 pending in the court of Addl. Sessions Judge I, Jamui is again rejected on the ground mentioned in my previous order dated 22.12.2011 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 38809/2011.
