application that requisite for notice upon opposite party no.5 by registered cover with A/D was filed on 25-2-2010. Let notice be issued without any delay.
It will be open for the petitioner to serve notice upon opposite party no.5 at the office at Patna by personal service and file a receipt on affidavit.
