Mr. Ranjan Kumar, Advocate appearing for the
Accountant General, Bihar, Patna has furnished a copy of letter dated 15-3-2011. The letter shows that an amount of Rs.1,51,750/- has been authorized for payment to the petitioner on account of arrears of salary for the period 1-2-
2002 to 30-11-2002. The letter is addressed to Accountant General, Allahabad for issuance of authority letter in favour of the petitioner for payment to him from Government Treasury at Bastti ( U.P.).
Let a copy of the said letter be kept on record. It appears that the petitioner has been given the required relief . The contempt application is dismissed.
