Counsel for the State.
The counter affidavit of the respondents states that pension and gratuity has been paid. That GPF and earned leave
are being processed for payment and group insurance amount
has also been paid.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that the pension fixed
is wholly inappropriate and that group insurance amount has also not been appropriately paid. The petitioner proposes to represent with regard to the same.
If the petitioner files any such representation this Court expects the authorities to dispose off the same expeditiously by a reasoned and speaking order when the delay in approaching the authority or the Courts for release of pension can be no bar in view of decision of the Supreme Court reported in 2007) 9 SCC 274.
The writ application stands disposed.
