The petitioner came to this Court earlier in C.W.J.C. No. 13031 of 2008 in context of a controversy
with regard to his meeting the height requirement for appointment in Bihar Military Police-20.
This Court noticed that the matter was engaging the attention of the respondents and directed an expeditious decision.
A fresh order dated 7.7.2009 at Annexure-7
records that he has been re-measured and found to be 170 Cm. The stand of the respondents in the counter affidavit in the earlier writ petition was that the qualifying height was 170 Cm.

the petitioner appropriately in terms of his height measurement as mentioned in the order dated 7.7.2009, within a maximum period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
