Learned Counsel fairly submits that she questions appointment of respondent no. 10 on the post of Anganwari Sevika, Gram Panchayat Patuaha, District Saharsa, on grounds of fake and fabricated certificate.

In view of remedy available before the District Magistrate this application is disposed with the direction that if an application is filed within 30 days from today the District Magistrate shall hear and decide the same by a reasoned and speaking order after hearing all concerned including respondent no. 10 within a maximum period of three months from the date of receipt and/or presentation of a copy of this order.

The writ application stands disposed.
