Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The earlier order passed by this court contains the facts and materials which appeared against the petitioner. He is said to have committed rape on a child of eight years and considering that, I do not find any merit in the present petition. It is accordingly dismissed.
Let the trial court expedite the hearing of S.T. No. 375 of 2009 pending in the court of Ist Additional Sessions Judge, Bagaha, West Champaran.
