On the own showing of the petitioner, recognition has been denied as far back as 9.3.1999 vide Annexure-4. That another institution which was denied recognition by the same very order may have been granted certain benefits by order dated 29.1.2008 shall not vest a right in the petitioner to demand perpetuation of illegality.
It is for the Respondents to examine the aspect of the matter as to how permission came to be granted to an institution for acceptance of fees and forms and appearing at the examination which had been denied recognition along with the petitioner.
The writ application is dismissed.
