This matter has been listed at serial zero on a motion slip that the petitioner does not wish to press the matter on merits but only desires to file a representation before Respondent no. 2 for disposal of the same. When the case is taken up, learned counsel reiterates the limited submission with liberty to file a representation in the light of certain orders of this Court and not to press the matter on merits before this Court.
The writ application is disposed with observation that if
the petitioner files a representation, the Respondent no. 2 is naturally required to consider and dispose off the same expeditiously in accordance with law.
It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the matter which shall remain open for consideration by the concerned Respondent in the proposed representation in its entirety on merits.
