It is submitted at the Bar that in the meantime the Collector, Balasore has recommended the records of boundary change proceeding of creation of new revenue village “Bagudi” to the Board of Revenue, Odisha for further consideration in terms of the Government instructions and statutory provisions under Section 37 of the OSS Act read with Rule 61 of the OSS Rules.

Since the grievance of the Petitioners are relating to creation of a new revenue village “Bagudi” and now the record of boundary change proceeding have been submitted to the Board of Revenue for further consideration of the proposal, all the writ petitions are disposed of permitting the respective Petitioners to submit their written objections, if any, before the Board of Revenue within a period of fifteen days from today, along with certified copy of this order, positively and the same shall be considered by the authority of Board of Revenue, in accordance with law before proceeding for final decision.
