It is the grievance of the Petitioner that by an agreement of sale the ownership of Shop Room No.21 in Arnapurna Market (Daily Market Complex) of the Phulbani Municipality is now run by the Petitioner and he is also paying the taxes, but in spite of the same, the name of the Opposite Party No.4 has reflected in the tax receipts.

It is submitted that ventilating his grievance for necessary consequential correction, the Petitioner has made a representation dated 15.05.2025 to the Opposite Party No.3-Executive

Officer, Phulbani Municipality, Kandhamal and alleging inaction in the matter of consideration of such representation the Petitioner is before this Court.

Taking into account the limited nature of grievance, it is directed that the Petitioner shall submit a copy of the writ petition along with the order of this Court within a period of one week hence before the Opposite Party No.3 and thereafter the Opposite Party No.3 shall dispose of the same within a period of four weeks after giving an opportunity of hearing to Opposite Party No.4 herein.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any view regarding the veracity of the claim of the agreement between the Petitioner and the Opposite Party No.4 which is the basis of the claim.
