Heard learned senior counsel for the Petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

Challenging Annexures-8 and 9, the letter of approval of Annual Action Plan and the sanction dated 10.06.2025 passed by CDO-cum-EO Zilla Parishad respectively, which are essentially on the basis of Annexures-6 and 7 i.e. Resolution (Addendum) No. 6765 dated 11.03.2025 and

Corrigendum No. 8142 dated 25.03.2025, the present writ petition has been preferred.

During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioners, by way of memo placed on record a resolution dated 07.01.2026. Paragraph-D of the said resolution reads as under:

(D) Resolution (Addendum) No. 6765 dated 11.03.2025 and Corrigendum No. 8142 dated 25.03.2025 thereto are hereby withdrawn.

It is apt to note that the Resolution and Corrigendum as above are at Annexures 6 and 7 respectively of the writ petition.

On perusal of the same, this Court is of the considered view that the prayers as sought for which are consequential to such Annexures-6 and 7 no longer survive, the same having been withdrawn as per the resolution dated 07.01.2026 adverted to hereinabove. 5. In view of the same, the writ petition stands disposed of, giving liberty to the Petitioners to agitate their grievance before the Collector, who shall consider the same in the light of the

amendment withdrawing the resolution (Addendum) No. 6765 dated 11.03.2025 and Corrigendum No. 8142 dated 25.03.2025.
