Heard learned counsel appearing for the Parties.

Petitioner has filed the present writ petition inter alia with the following prayer:-

“It is therefore prayed that this Hon’ble Court may graciously be pleased to admit the writ application and direct the opp. Party No. 1 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 26.12.2025 vide Annexure-6”

And may further be pleased to pass any other order/orders as would be deem fit and proper as facts and circumstances of the case.

And for the said act of kindness, the petitioner shall as in duty bound ever pray.”

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that though highlighting her grievances, Petitioner has filed a representation at Annexure-6 to the Writ Petition before the Opp. Party No. 1, but till date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays that a direction be issued to Opposite Party No.

1 to take a decision on the above noted Petition within a specific time period.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs Opposite Party No. 1 to take a decision on the above noted petition in accordance with law by giving due opportunity of hearing to all concerned prior to taking a decision, within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the Petitioner.
