“Under the above facts and circumstances stated hereinabove, it is most humbly prayed before this Hon’ble Court may graciously be pleased to admit this writ application, call for the records and after hearing the parties may be please to issue writ/writs in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ/writs, directing the Tahasildar, Bahanaga to conduct demarcation in Demarcation Case No. 12/2022 work over the Plot No. 251 and 133 under Khata No. 127 under Mouza-Ichhapur, Dist-Balasore pertaining to the Petitioner within a stipulated period as this Hon’ble Court deems fit and proper.

And this Hon’ble Court may also be pleased to pass any further order/orders or direction/directions as this Hon’ble Court deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.

And for such act of kindness, the petitioner as in duty bound shall ever pray.”

The petitioner claims to have submitted an application before the Tahasildar, Bahanaga for demarcation of his land being Demarcation Case No. 12 of 2022. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no steps have been taken in the demarcation proceeding so far.

Having regard to the limited grievance of the petitioner, the writ application is disposed of directing the Tahasildar, Bahanaga to dispose of the demarcation case filed by the petitioner as early as possible, preferably within four weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order by the petitioner.
