The petitioner has approached this Court with the following

prayer:-

“In the aforesaid circumstances, the petitioner humbly prays that this Hon’ble Court may graciously be pleased to issue notice to the Opposite Parties calling upon them to show cause as to why the Opp. Party No.3 shall not be directed to make correction of the ROR in favour of the petitioner by changing the status of the land from Dakhal Satwa Sunya to Sthitiban keeping in mind the Govt. notification under Annexure-6

If the Opp. Parties failed to show cause or show insufficient cause then issue an appropriate writ by directing the Opp.Party No.3 to issue the corrected ROR by changing the status of the land from “Dakhl satwa to stitiban” within a stipulated period. And/or to pass such other order/orders, direction/directions as this Hon’ble Court deems just, fit, equitable and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case;

And for this act of kindness, the petitioner shall as in duty bound ever pray.”

Considering the submissions as above, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Tahasildar, Jatni to consider the prayer of the petitioner in light of the aforementioned judgment of this Court. A decision in this regard shall be taken within six weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order by the petitioner.
