Petitioner has filed the present writ petition inter alia with the following prayer:-

“It is therefore, humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to admit this writ application and issue Mandamus in form Rule NISI to direct the opp. Parties to regularize entire period of service from the initial date of appointment and thereby entitling him of all the financial and pensionary benefit under the OCS (Pension) Rules, 1992 and GPF(O) Rules, 1938.

And on their failing to show cause or showing insufficient cause, the said Rule be made absolute;

And pass such other order(s)/direction(s)/writ(s) as this Hon’ble Court deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case;

And for which act of kindness, the petitioner as in duty bound shall ever pray.”
