1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner as well as learned Additional Standing Counsel appearing for the StateOpposite Parties. Perused the writ application as well as the documents annexed thereto.

The Petitioner has filed the present writ application with the following prayer:

“Therefore, it is most humbly prayed that this Hon’ble Court may graciously be pleased to admit this writ petition and issue Writ of Mandamus directing the State Educational Tribunal to dispose of the Execution case No.31 of 2025 within a stipulated time.”

It is stated by learned counsel for the Petitioner that for implementation of the order dated 09.04.2019 passed in GIA Case

No.605 of 2015 by the learned State Education Tribunal, Odisha, Bhubaneswar for implementation of the order by filing Execution Case No.31 of 2025. The sole grievance of the Petitioner in the present writ application is that although he has filed an execution case, however, the same has not been taken up by the Tribunal.

Learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State, on the other hand, contended that she will have no objection if this Court directs the Tribunal to expedite the hearing of the execution case.

Considering such submission, the present writ application is being disposed of by directing the learned State Education Tribunal, Odisha, Bhubaneswar to make every endeavour to expedite the hearing of the execution case and make every endeavour to conclude the same as expeditiously as possible, not later than 31.12.2026.

With the aforesaid observation/ direction, the writ application stands disposed of.
