03. 1 . Mr. Mohanty, learned counsel for the petitioner is present in VC and addresses arguments.
2 . The wife in the marriage is before this Court seeking transfer of the C.P. No.716 of 2022 pending before the learned Judge, Family Court, Balasore to the court of learned Judge, Family Court, Baripada, Dist.- Mayurbhanj. The said C.P. has been filed U/s.13(1) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 by the husband in the marriage seeking grant of decree of divorce for dissolution of the marriage solemnized between the parties on 03.06.2013.
3 . The learned counsel Ms. Singh appearing for opposite party files memo of date which states thus:

“As per the instruction of the O.P./Husband, he do not have any objection if the matter transfer from Balasore Family Court to Baripada Family Judge.” (sic)
Memo shall be taken on record. Scanned copy be updated.
4. Accordingly, it is directed that C.P. No.716 of 2022 pending before the learned Judge, Family Court, Balasore shall be transferred to the court of learned Judge, Family Court, Baripada, Dist.-Mayurbhanj.
5. In view of the above, the petition is allowed and disposed of.
Copy of this order shall be forwarded to the learned Judge, Family Court, Balasore.
6. The parties are directed to appear before the learned Judge, Family Court, Baripada, Dist.Mayurbhanj on 06.05.2026. On the said date, the learned Judge, Family Court shall fix a date and proceed in accordance with law.
The parties are directed to cooperate in expeditious hearing as the matter is pending since 2022 and will be renumbered before the learned Judge, Family Court, Baripada as a matter of 2026.
