03. 1. None appears for the petitioner though the matter is called twice over; once when it reached and thereafter upon resumption of the proceeding of the Court post lunch.
The petitioner is also absent on repeated calls.
2 . The Stamp Report dated 19.09.2022 indicates that the “RPFAM may not lie as the order assailed is not a Family Court Order”. The petition was presented before this Court on 07.09.2022. The Stamp Report has not been complied with. It was placed before learned Deputy Registrar (Judicial), Lawazima for removal of defect/compliance of the Stamp Report and three weeks further time was granted for compliance. Though the matter is kept pending, no steps have been taken.
3. By the order dated 12.03.2026, the matter was adjourned granting further opportunity to the petitioner with the following observations:

“3. The matter shall be listed for orders on 18.03.2026 indicating that the matter shall be disposed of.
4. Copy of this order as well as next date of hearing shall be intimated by the Registry to the learned counsel for the petitioner.”
4. Today the matter is in the cause list which indicates “the matter shall be disposed of”. The office note also indicates the efforts of the Registry to intimate the learned counsel for the petitioner intimating the next date of listing.
Copy of the order dated 12.03.2026 was also forwarded through the office of the learned secretary Orissa High Court Bar Association for intimating the learned counsel for the petitioner.
5. In view of the above the petition is disposed of.
