6. 1 . The matter is listed today under the heading “For Referral to the Special Mediation Drive 2.0-Mediation For the Nation”.

2 . The matter was presented before this Court on 17.07.2019 and was listed on 29.07.2019 before a Coordinate Bench when it was directed the matter shall be listed before the assigned Bench. Thereafter, it was listed on 14.08.2019, 28.08.2019 before the assigned Bench and none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. For the last more than six years, the matter has not been listed. None appears for the petitioner when the matter is taken up today.

4. By order dated 12.03.2026 the following was directed :

“ 3 . The matter shall be listed on 17.03.2026 under the same heading indicating in the cause list that the matter is to be disposed of. If it would be possible, the Registry shall intimate this order and the next date of listing to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.”

5. Pursuant to direction issued by this Court’s order dated 12.03.2026 it has been indicated in the cause list that ‘the matter is to be disposed of’. Office note also indicates efforts of the Registry to contact to the learned counsel for the petitioner. It has been indicated that the learned counsel could not be intimated over phone as upon calling his mobile number, response was the number is out of service.
