07. 1. Heard Mr. S.K. Mohanty, learned counsel appearing for the appellant-husband and Mr. D.R. Parida, learned counsel appearing for the respondent-wife.
2. The appellant-husband as petitioner preferred Civil Proceeding No. 193 of 2017 before the learned Judge, Family Court, Kendrapara, under Section 13(1)(i-a) of the Hindu Marriage Act for dissolution of his marriage with the respondentwife, that was solemnized on 12th June, 2011. By the impugned judgment dated 3rd October, 2023, the said C.P. No.193 of 2017 of the petitioner was dismissed by the learned Judge, Family Court, Kendrapara.

3. Aggrieved with the same, the petitioner-husband has preferred this appeal.
4. By filing an affidavit sworn on 11th March, 2026, the appellant-husband prays for withdrawal of this appeal, filing the same before the Court today. The same be taken on record.
5. As the appellant-husband is not pursuing his appeal, this appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn.
6. The learned Judge, Family Court, Kendrapara be informed forthwith.
