Heard Mr. Panda, learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms. Dash, learned ASC for the State.

Instant revision is filed by the petitioner challenging the impugned order at Annexure-1.

An application under Section 503 BNSS moved by the petitioner was rejected by the learned court below in connection with G.R. Case No.890 of 2025.

In course of hearing, Mr. Panda, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a similar direction may perhaps be issued releasing the interim custody of the seizure vehicle in favour of the petitioner, who happens to be its owner.

A copy of the order in CRLREV No. 491 of 2025 ( Raju@ Jala Raju @ J.Raj Vrs. State of Odisha ) disposed of on 11^th August, 2025 is produced by Mr. Panda, learned counsel for the petitioner at the time of hearing.
