1. On the last date i.e. on 18.02.2026, the following order was passed:-

“1. This CRLMP has been filed challenging the order dated 14.11.2022 passed in CRLP No. 75 of 2020 by the learned Judge, Family Court, Cuttack.

2. On 06.09.2024 as the parties agreed, the matter had been referred for mediation. As per the report of the mediation, mediation was unsuccessful.

3. Mr. S.R. Acharya, learned counsel prays for an adjournment on behalf of Mr. Kalinga Keshari Mohapatra, learned counsel for the Petitioner stating that Mr. Mohapatra is out of station.

4. Ms. Rita Singh, learned counsel for the Opposite Party submits that since the CRLP No.75 of 2020 has been disposed of, in the meanwhile, the present CRLMP has been

rendered infructuous. She files a memo along with the copy of the order dated 11.08.2025 passed in CRL.P No. 75 of 2020 from which it is apparent that the CRLMP has been dismissed as no witness was present on behalf of the Petitioner and last chance had been given to the Petitioner therein for her evidence. Memo along with the order is taken on record. The documents shall be scanned and incorporated in the digital record.”

As prayer for adjournment was made on behalf of Mr. Kalinga Keshari Mohapatra, the matter has been adjourned to today.

Mr. Utkal Keshari Mohapatra, learned counsel for the Petitioner confirms that the CRLMP has been rendered infructuous as CRLP No. 75 of 2020 has been disposed of by the learned Judge, Family Court, Cuttack in the meanwhile.

The CRLMP is therefore disposed of without issuing any writ or direction.
