1. Perused the explanation of the Asst. Registrar -cum- ASR & OC dated 19.01.2026 where she has admitted that she ahs committed the mistake indicating that Annexure-2 has not been filed. But as she has submitted that she shall be more cautions and vigilant henceforth, no further action need be taken.

This CRLMP has been filed for issue of a direction for registration of the FIR under Annexure-1. Annexure-1 appears to be dated 17.02.2025, but there is no document to indicate that the same has been submitted in the Police Station on the said date. Similarly, Annexure-2 series contains a representation dated 17.03.2025 addressed to the Superintendent of Police, Cuttack Rural, Cuttack, but again there is no proof of submission of the
